  • by touching objects or surfaces contaminated from a cough or sneeze from a person with a confirmed infection, and then touching your mouth or face.

At a gym people are coming in and out all the time, touching and sweating on all the equipment. Wiping down with a towel won’t reduce the risk of infection.

Removal of germs such as the virus that causes COVID-19 requires thorough cleaning followed by disinfection.
